Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons San-J Gluten Free Tamari
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pound green beans, steamed, sliced on a diagonal

Cooking Instructions

Servings: 4

Combine San-J Gluten Free Tamari, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add green beans and toss to coat. You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
