Sesame Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup clover honey
  • 1 cup San-J Tamari Sesame Salad Dressing
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, cleaned and small tips discarded
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan on low heat, whisk the honey and the San-J Tamari Sesame Salad Dressing until well mixed. Stir for 2 minutes over low heat. Remove from the heat and cool. Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the honey mixture into the bag. Seal and shake well to coat the chicken wings. Place in the refrigerator and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Shake off the excess marinade and place the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Position the baking sheet in a preheated 400°F oven for 40 minutes, or until cooked through. To give the chicken added crispness, place the chicken wings under a broiler for 2 minutes on each side.Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken.
