Asian BBQ Chicken Wings

  • 2 cups San-J Asian BBQ Sauce
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, cleaned and small tips discarded

In a large mixing bowl, combine the San-J Asian BBQ Sauce and chicken wings.  Mix thoroughly so that the wings are uniformly well coated.  Cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for a least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.  Remove the wings from the marinade and place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.  Place in a preheated 350ยบ F oven.  In a saucepan, heat the marinade to boiling and cook for 5 minutes.  Turn the wings every 15 minutes while baking and baste each time with the remaining sauce.  Bake for 1 hour or until completely cooked through.
