Directions
In a food processor, blend dates until they form a paste.
Add SAN-J Matcha Premium Koji Granola, almond butter, maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla, coconut oil, and chia seeds. Pulse until the mixture comes together.
Scoop out small portions and roll into balls using your hands. If sticky, wet your hands slightly.
Roll in shredded coconut.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
