Mix peanut butter, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, chili crisp, and some of the green onions. Mix until smooth, thinning with water of needed.
Toss cucumbers with the peanut sauce until coated, top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
