1/4 cup Olive oil 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp San-J Tamari Soy Sauce 2 tsp Fresh lemon zest 2 tsp Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave, sugar) optional
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake well. Or, add into a bowl and whisk well.
Serving suggestion: Pour over a bed of greens topped with chicken or tofu.
