1tspSan-J Umami Tamari Splash, plus more for serving
4ozcanned tuna, drained
1tspJapanese mayo(such as Kewpie)
1tspsriracha
1cupcooked rice
1cucumber, diced
1carrot, sliced
1radish, sliced
seaweed pieces, for serving
Directions
Place tuna in a bowl. Add San-J Umami Tamari Splash, Japanese Mayo, and Sriracha. Mix to combine.
Layer cooked rice to a bowl, top with tuna mixture, and garnish with veggies.
Add a few more splashes of San-J Umami Tamari Splash and garnish with seaweed pieces.
