1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs high-heat oil, for frying 2 cups rice flour 1 10oz bottle SAN-J Orange Sauce (1 1/4 cups) 1/4 cup green onion, chopped cooked rice, for serving
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. This can be done ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
Heat oil in a large pot to 350º F. Prepare workspace with a paper towel lined plate.
Meanwhile, coat cubed chicken with the rice flour, either tossing in a large bowl or using a large plastic bag.
Shake off the excess flour and deep fry chicken in batches until completely cooked.
Remove cooked chicken with a slotted spoon and place it on the paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess oil.
Once all chicken has been fried, transfer to a large bowl and toss with SAN-J Orange Sauce .
Serve immediately with rice, topped with green onions.
