Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • high-heat oil, for frying
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 10oz bottle SAN-J Orange Sauce (1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • cooked rice, for serving

Directions

  • Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. This can be done ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
  • Heat oil in a large pot to 350º F. Prepare workspace with a paper towel lined plate.
  • Meanwhile, coat cubed chicken with the rice flour, either tossing in a large bowl or using a large plastic bag.
  • Shake off the excess flour and deep fry chicken in batches until completely cooked.
  • Remove cooked chicken with a slotted spoon and place it on the paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess oil.
  • Once all chicken has been fried, transfer to a large bowl and toss with SAN-J Orange Sauce.
  • Serve immediately with rice, topped with green onions.
