In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add SAN-J Tamari, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until bubbling.
Add walnuts and cook, stirring constantly, until coated and glossy, about 3–4 minutes.
Transfer to the parchment-lined sheet and spread in a single layer. Let cool completely — the walnuts will crisp up as they cool.
Prepare the Whipped Feta:
In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and season with black pepper.
Assemble:
Spoon the whipped feta onto a shallow serving bowl or platter and swirl with the back of a spoon to create texture.
Sprinkle generously with pomegranate seeds and Tamari Candied Walnuts.
Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary.
Serve immediately with gluten-free crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggie sticks.
