- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp San-J Umami Tamari Splash, plus more for serving
- Chili oil, to serve (optional)
Directions
- Heat the oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, crack in the eggs and let cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the scallions on top and continue cooking until they begin to wilt.
- Drizzle the San-J Umami Tamari Splash over the eggs and cook until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat, then serve the eggs and scallion mixture in a bowl over hot cooked rice.
- Serve as is, with an extra drizzle of Umami Tamari Splash, or with a scoop of chili oil for extra heat.
