  • 2 bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach or kale
  • ¾ cup full fat coconut milk or more if needed
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup SAN-J Matcha Premium Koji Granola
  • Fresh berries

Directions

  • Combine bananas, spinach or kale, ¾ cup coconut milk, matcha, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed.
  • Scoop into bowls and top with SAN-J Matcha Premium Koji Granola and berries.
