Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp San-J Umami Tamari Splash
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced

Directions

  • Whisk together San-J Umami Tamari Splash and rice vinegar. Mix in the sesame seeds and green onions. 
  • Slice English cucumber. Add to the bowl and toss well to combine. Enjoy!
