Quick & Easy, Restaurant Favorites, Entertaining, Kid-FriendlyIngredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 10oz bottle San-J Orange Sauce (1 1/4 cups)
- 2 cups rice flour
- high-heat oil for frying
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pot to 350º F. Or use a deep fryer if you have one.
- Meanwhile, coat the chicken with the rice flour, either tossing in a large bowl or using a large plastic bag.
- Shake off the excess flour and deep fry chicken in batches until completely cooked. Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
- Transfer the fried chicken to a large bowl and toss with the orange sauce.
- Serve immediately with rice, topped with green onions.

Super easy and quick recipe. The whole family loved it, even my child who “doesn’t like chicken.” Love that there’s a gluten-free sauce for my celiac family member.
