⅓cup, plus 1 tablespoonSan-J Tamari Lite 50% less sodium, divided
3tablespoonshot honey
3garlic clovesminced
1teaspoonsesame oil
2tablespoonsavocado or vegetable oil
1tablespoonminced fresh chives
1tablespoonwhite sesame seeds
½cupJapanese mayo
1tablespoonsriracha
Directions
Cut steak into even-sized 1-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add ⅓ cup San-J Tamari Lite, hot honey, garlic, and sesame oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it sizzles. Add the steak, in batches (do not over-crowd the pan) and cook, undisturbed, for 1 minute. Flip, and cook another minute. Stir and cook until the preferred doneness on the steak, about 1 – 3 minutes. Remove and continue with the rest of the steak bites.
Make the dipping sauce: Combine Japanese mayo with 1 tablespoon San-J Tamari Lite and sriracha.
Garnish the steak bites with chives and sesame seeds and serve with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
