Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  • Combine Tamari Soy Sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl to make the marinade.
  • Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and pour ¼ of the marinade over them, reserving the rest for later. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Once wings have marinated for 2 hours, preheat the oven to 400º F.
  • Pour the reserved marinade mixture into a pot and boil it until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Set aside.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the fridge and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve hot with the extra sauce drizzled on top.
