- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 1 large egg
- olive oil
- ½ cup San-J Hoisin Sauce or any San-J Asian Cooking Sauce plus more for serving if desired
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 green onion finely chopped

Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Break the cauliflower in florets.
- Combine panko, onion and garlic powders, cayenne, and salt in a shallow bowl or pie plate. In another shallow bowl, beat the egg. One by one, dip florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a large plate or tray. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Arrange the cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer leaving a little space between each. Do not over-crowd, work in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10 – 12 minutes or until crisp.
- Toss with San-J Hoisin or other San-J Asian Cooking Sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with extra hoisin sauce for dipping if desired.
