- 2 tbsp San-J Umami Tamari Splash
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
Directions
- Whisk together San-J Umami Tamari Splash and rice vinegar. Mix in the sesame seeds and green onions.
- Slice English cucumber. Add to the bowl and toss well to combine. Enjoy!
