- 2 (8 ounce) salmon filets
- 3 tablespoons San-J Organic Tamari 25% Less Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
- Avocado oil spray
- Green onion for garnish optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F, spray an oven safe dish with avocado oil.
- Place salmon in dish and cook for 13-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
- Remove salmon from oven. Garnish salmon with green onion and serve with rice (cucumber and radish salad optional).
