Directions
Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F, spray an oven safe dish with avocado oil.
Place salmon in dish and cook for 13-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
Remove salmon from oven. Garnish salmon with green onion and serve with rice (cucumber and radish salad optional).
