Honey Tamari Salmon

  • 2 (8 ounce) salmon filets
  • 3 tablespoons San-J Organic Tamari 25% Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Green onion for garnish optional


  • Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F, spray an oven safe dish with avocado oil.
  • Place salmon in dish and cook for 13-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  • Remove salmon from oven. Garnish salmon with green onion and serve with rice (cucumber and radish salad optional).
