Quick & Easy, Authentic Japanese


  • 1 pound fresh spinach cleaned
  • ½ cup San-J Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons roasted peanuts finely chopped


  • Blanch the spinach by placing the leaves in a large pot of boiling water, pushing the leaves under the water completely. Cook for 20 seconds.
  • Remove, drain and cool under cold running water. Squeeze the excess water out by hand and place in a medium serving bowl.
  • Add the San-J Thai Peanut Sauce and toss lightly but thoroughly to coat. Garnish with the chopped peanuts.
