Add frozen veg to a bowl and cover with water, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Heat neutral oil in a pan, until ripping hot.
Add beaten eggs and scrabble.
When eggs are almost cooked through, add rice and cabbage mixture, and mix evenly.
After about 1 minute, add vegetables, barbecue pork, and mix thoroughly
Add Tamari to the sides of the pan, to create a deeper smoky/charred flavor, and mix well (move fast, so it doesn’t burn)
Add scallions right before serving
