Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup cooked rice cooked
  • 1.5 cup diced green cabbage
  • 1.5 cup mixed veg microwaved frozen peas, carrot, corn
  • 2 cup chopped barbecue pork
  • 2 scallions minced
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • SAN-J Tamari Organic 25% less sodium

Directions

  • Add frozen veg to a bowl and cover with water, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • Heat neutral oil in a pan, until ripping hot.
  • Add beaten eggs and scrabble.
  • When eggs are almost cooked through, add rice and cabbage mixture, and mix evenly.
  • After about 1 minute, add vegetables, barbecue pork, and mix thoroughly
  • Add Tamari to the sides of the pan, to create a deeper smoky/charred flavor, and mix well (move fast, so it doesn’t burn)
  • Add scallions right before serving
