Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
On a large sheet, add the butternut squash, onions, rosemary, and carrots.
Season vegetables with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Toss together. Place chicken pieces between the vegetables.
Thinly slice half of the orange while juicing the other half into a small bowl. Into the orange juice add the honey, San-J Organic Tamari 25% Less Sodium Soy Sauce, and garlic. Whisk together, then spoon over the chicken before baking for 25 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and baste the chicken with the juices from the pan.
Place the orange slices around the pan and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked, and the vegetables are tender.
