Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
Servings: 12
Combine Tamari Soy Sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl to make the marinade.
Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and pour ¼ of the marinade over them, reserving the rest for later. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Once wings have marinated for 2 hours, preheat the oven to 400º F.
Pour the reserved marinade mixture into a pot and boil it until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Set aside.
Remove the chicken wings from the fridge and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with the extra sauce drizzled on top.
