Creamy Asian Dressing and Dip
- 2 cups buttermilk ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp San-J Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Burger Patties
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup San-J Teriyaki Sauce, divided, plus more for serving
Serving
- 1 lb prepared tater tots, kept warm
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 slices canned pineapple
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 roasted red bell pepper, sliced
Directions
- Prepare the Creamy Asian Dressing by combining all ingredients, stirring well. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and store chilled for service.
- Combine the ground beef with 2 tablespoons San-J Teriyaki Sauce and divide into four equal patties. Heat grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray then add patties to the pan. Brush tops of patties with 1 tablespoon of Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Before burgers are done, brush with remaining tablespoon of Teriyaki Sauce, or more to taste.
- Layer the burgers onto the toasted buns with pineapple, onion, red peppers, and Creamy Asian Dressing. Serve alongside tater tots drizzled with Creamy Asian Dressing, with more dressing on the side for dipping.
