1 Pound of Protein Choose 1 pound of your favorite protein, like beef, chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu.
4 Cups of Veggies Choose 4 cups of your favorite veggies; think red bell peppers, snow peas, carrots, onions, broccoli, and cauliflower.
¾ Cup of San-J Asian Cooking Sauce Stir-fry protein, veggies and 3/4 cup of your favorite San-J Asian Cooking Sauce. Serve with rice, grain, or noodles.
