1. Teriyaki Tofu Kabobs

Flavoring tofu can be a little tricky, but this easy tofu kabob recipe makes it simple. Once you have drained and dried your tofu, chop it into cubes and soak it in San-J Teriyaki Lite Sauce. The sauce gives your tofu the sweet and savory kick it needs with notes of honey and ginger.

After 30 minutes, it’s time to make the kabobs. Skewer your marinated tofu with several vegetables, grill for 15 minutes and serve with a salad.

2. Tamari Tofu

Our Tamari Tofu takes you back to the basics of seasoning tofu. After you’ve drained and dried your tofu, cut the pieces into one-inch cubes and coat them in grapeseed oil and San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, which is a premium Japanese soy sauce made with soybeans. It has a dark color and a rich flavor that elevates the tofu.

After coating the pieces, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Serve alongside a salad or grains to make a delicious and filling meal.

3. Szechuan Tofu Stir-Fry

If you want a bowl of vegetables and tofu heaven, our Szechuan tofu stir-fry is the flavorful recipe for you! Once you have drained and cubed your tofu, let it simmer in a pan until it is a light golden-brown color. Then, throw in the vegetables and sauté the mixture for a couple of minutes.

Once everything has married well, pour in San-J Szechuan Sauce. Our sauce will give your food a deliciously spicy taste that awakens your tastebuds.

4. Tofu and Green Bean Stir-Fry

For a crunchy dish, check out our tofu and green bean stir-fry. Toss your tofu in cornstarch and cook until lightly brown in oil to achieve a crunchy coating. Once you have cooked all your tofu, remove the tofu and sauté your green beans in oil. Add water to revive their green color and let them cook for a couple minutes.

Next, create a mixture of Tamari Soy Sauce and chili garlic sauce and pour it over the green beans. Add the tofu and cook for one minute.

5. Mongolian Tofu

Mongolian Tofu is a delicious comfort meal for rainy days. All you have to do is cut tofu into strips and cook them in a pan until golden brown. Once done, remove the tofu and sauté your vegetables. Next, add San-J Mongolian Sauce and green onions and bring the vegetable mixture to a slight boil.

Combine the tofu with the sauced vegetables over a delicious, warm bowl of rice or noodles, and serve!
