Directions
For tofu bites: Line a rimmed baking sheet with a few layers of paper towels. Place tofu on prepared baking sheet and cover with more paper towels. Press tofu with large heavy-bottom skillet and let drain for 30 minutes.
Break tofu into large bite-sized pieces. Place tofu in a large bowl. Combine San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, San-J Sesamo and sugar together in a separate small bowl. Drizzle San-J Sesamo mixture over tofu and toss to coat. Sprinkle flour, ginger and garlic powder evenly over tofu and toss to coat.
Preheat air-fryer to 375°F and coat with cooking spray. Place tofu bites in an even layer into air-fryer. Coat with cooking spray. Air-fry for 20 minutes, shaking air-fryer basket halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp.
For dipping sauce and serving: Meanwhile, whisk San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, vinegar, San-J Sesamo, maple syrup and green onion together in a small bowl until combined. Garnish nuggets with additional green onions and serve with dipping sauce.
