Tamari Lemon Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp San-J Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tsp Sugar of choice, optional


Servings: Makes about 1/2 cup

​Add all ingredients to a jar and shake well. Or, add into a bowl and whisk well.

Serving suggestion: Pour over a bed of greens topped with chicken or tofu.
