  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp San-J Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tsp Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave, sugar) optional
