1cupsnow peas, trimmed and sliced in half diagonally
1/2cupSAN-J Teriyaki Sauce, plus more for serving
3/4cupbean sprouts
8-12lettuce cups – iceberg, butter, or romaine
Directions
Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
Add oil to the skillet along with the onions, carrots, and snow peas. Cook on high heat for 1 minute, stirring.
Add the cooked ground turkey back to the pan along with 1/2 cup SAN-J Teriyaki Sauce. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the bean sprouts and remove from the heat.
Spoon the stir fry into lettuce cups and serve with more SAN-J Teriyaki Sauce on the side.
