  • 3 Tablespoons San-J Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pound green beans steamed, sliced on a diagonal


  • Combine San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add green beans and toss to coat. You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
