- 3 Tablespoons San-J Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 4 green onions sliced
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 pound green beans steamed, sliced on a diagonal
Directions
- Combine San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add green beans and toss to coat. You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
