In a mixing bowl, mash the baked sweet potatoes and add the orange juice, butter and San-J Gluten Free Tamari. Mix well to combine. Place in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Place under the broiler for about 3 minutes or until the walnuts are toasted.
