Sweet Mashed Potatoes with Toasted Walnuts

  • 4 large sweet potatoes baked and skinned
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons San-J Gluten Free Tamari
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped


  • In a mixing bowl, mash the baked sweet potatoes and add the orange juice, butter and San-J Gluten Free Tamari. Mix well to combine. Place in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Place under the broiler for about 3 minutes or until the walnuts are toasted.
