Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the San-J Asian Cooking Sauce and chicken wings. Mix thoroughly so that the wings are uniformly well coated. Cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for a least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Remove the wings from the marinade and place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a saucepan, heat the marinade to boiling, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Bake the wings for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes and basting with the remaining sauce. Wings are done when the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
